Vedan International (Holdings) Limited ("Vedan International") is a holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. The shares of Vedan International have been listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 27 June, 2003 (stock code: 2317; ISIN:KYG 9327M 1015; CUSIP:G 9327M 10 1).

Vedan International has three principal operating subsidiaries, namely Vedan ( Vietnam ) Enterprise Corporation Limited ("Vietnam Vedan") in Vietnam, Mao Tai Foods ( Xiamen ) Co., Ltd. ("Xiamen Mao Tai") in Xiamen, and Shanghai Vedan Enterprise Co., Ltd ("Shanghai Vedan") in Shanghai, the People's Republic of China.
